Zuii Organic: Flora Lipstick in Mandarin

May 17, 2017

Do you remember when you were younger and you told someone how much you loved something? They’d say, “If you love it so much, why don’t you marry it?” Well, I would. I would marry this Zuii Organic lipstick if I could. I know I just gave away this review, but I can’t help myself. I’m in love.

Packaging & Value
You all know that I’m a stay-at-home mom, so when I shop for makeup, I tend to have a comfort zone when it comes to pricing. This lipstick is a bit outside my comfort zone. This Flora Lipstick set me back $27.50. At first, I was a bit shocked, but I can honestly say that it was worth every penny. This is my favorite lipstick at the moment. It is the first one I reach for in the morning. Not only do I love the color, the formula is enriched with all of these wonderful ingredients like sunflower and jojoba. So worth it in my book. The packaging is really simple, but really cute. It feels and looks expensive, which I love. People ask me all the time what I’m wearing and I am proud to say Zuii Organic! Note: By clicking on the links above and buying from BeautyGreenHouse, this lipstick is on sale for $16.99 while supplies last. That is such an amazing price at 40% off. Plus, you get free shipping!

Application & Longevity
This stuff is like butter. It glides on so smooth and creamy, which I’m sure is due to all of the natural ingredients in it. I’m not going to lie and say it lasts all day, because it doesn’t. Generally, creamy lipsticks like this last about two hours before you need to touch them up. The same goes for this lipstick. If I want to eat while wearing this, I simply wipe it off with a damp napkin, eat, and then reapply. During the day, I touch it up as needed, about every two hours.

Results & Recommendations
I already said it: I love this lipstick. Given the opportunity, I’d buy every single shade in Zuii Organic’s line of Flora Lipsticks. They’re all gorgeous! It goes without saying that I think everyone should try these. I have two of this same shade just in case they ever discontinue the color. So the real point of this review is: Zuii Organic, will you marry me? Update: They said yes!
